SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship domestically in the contiguous US (not available in Hawaii and Alaska) through UPS.

  • We offer a flat-rate $10 shipping fee.

  • We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more in the contiguous US (no discount code needed).

  • Free local pickup is available. Visit our pickup details below.

  • Products are usually shipped within 3 business days after receiving your order.

  • We take pride in packaging and shipping our items in a timely fashion however once they have left our shop, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages or damage that may occur.

  • During busier seasons and holiday time periods, please allow for an extended processing time. We appreciate your patience!

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is offered thru our scheduled market events or BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM within Sarasota & Manatee Counties. Contact our team to schedule your individualized meetup location and time at shop@graberco.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges as long as a return request has been initiated and received by our team within 7 days of your delivery date. We offer a full refund minus the shipping costs to the original form of payment used to process the purchase. After we receive your returned package, please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.

In order to qualify for a refund, the item in question must be in a new, unused, re-sellable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees back to Graber Co are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
